Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime (no fee)

Cancel from Workspace, then Billing, then Manage billing. That link opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the paid billing period. There is no cancellation fee and no requirement to call.

If the portal link fails, email support@cosmocheats.com from the account email. We will cancel the subscription on your behalf during support hours and confirm in writing.

What you pay

Starter is $15.00 USD each month. Cosmo Premium is $39.00 USD each month. Both are charged by Stripe for STERLING GROUP LLC. VALERY PAVLYSHYN SOLE MBR. The statement shows COSMOKITS. Those are the only recurring prices on this account.

When a refund is issued

Monthly fees are generally not refunded once a billing period has started and the dashboard has been delivered. We do refund:

• Duplicate charges for the same period
• Charges we can see were billed after a documented cancellation request
• Clear pricing or tax errors on our side

We do not refund unused days inside an active month, and we do not refund because a client of yours declined a statement. The software was delivered when the dashboard opened.

How to ask

Write support@cosmocheats.com with the subject line Refund request, the last four of the card if you have them, the charge date, and what went wrong. You can also call the number on the contact page. We reply within two business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe typically posts them in 5 to 7 business days. Bank posting can take longer. We will send the Stripe refund identifier when we issue it.

Chargebacks

If you open a dispute with your bank before writing us, we will respond with the checkout record, the delivery timestamp, and these policies. Please try the portal or email first. We would rather refund a true billing error than fight a dispute.
